Our pillow manufacturing is based in San Antonio, Texas. Our designers purchase the finest quality fabrics, the finest pillow & bolster inserts, the finest trim supplies. There's always a choice of throw pillow inserts, either 100% Dura-Soft Poly or Feather-Down. Dura-Soft Poly inserts have maximum bounce to retain the shape of your pillows. All Poly & Feather Pillows are produced with 2" oversized inserts for maximum finished size. Custom Pillows can still vary in size by 1/2" to 3/4" depending on bounce and fabric style.

Our goal is to have you 100% satisfied with your custom pillow purchase. All Pillows are Custom Order and not warehoused in any way. If your purchase is not satisfactory for any reason you may return it for a full refund including your original shipping costs. *All return orders (over $250) are subject to a 15% custom pillow clear-out fee. "15 days from receipt of your pillows". Fabric Swatches are available at no charge.
RETURNS -In the unlikely event of a return: Pillows & Pillows.com does not cover your return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of an error we made in your order or a product defect, we will of course refund all shipping costs, including your return shipping costs, and offer you a refund or a store credit if that is your preference. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products. Please return pillows in original boxes. You may return all items sold by Pillow&Pillows.com within 15 days of receipt. We will credit you your total purchase price plus original shipping. All Orders over $250 are subject to a 15% custom pillow clear-out fee. SHIPPING INFORMATION: Carrier - UPS - Due to the size of pillows we ship ground service only, If Air Service is required or a different carrier please contact our customer service for a shipping quote. Orders to Alaska are shipped parcel post by USPS. Delivery may take up to 12 days in some cases.
Generally our custom pillow orders will be produced and shipped within 4-7 business days. Due to the creation of custom orders some delays may occur. Depending on the choice of the shipping method chosen, we will do everything possible to have your pillow order shipped on time.
